Cook - Line

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and garnishing various foods efficiently in accordance with set recipes and plating diagrams. The role involves maintaining food quality, nutritional standards, and proper storage and handling procedures. The position requires following production schedules, performing technical culinary food production, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. The Line Cook must possess basic knife skills, operate kitchen equipment, and assist Chefs and Cooks in preparing all food items according to designated standards.
