The position is a full-time hourly role in the Food & Beverage department, responsible for setting up and breaking down hot and cold lines, preparing and cooking menu items, and assisting with banquet execution while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates must have at least two years of fine food preparation experience, a ServSafe certificate, and be able to stand, walk, and lift regularly.
