Cook

The Cook prepares palatable, nutritionally sound meals consistent with departmental policies and county, state, and federal regulations to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of residents. This role involves ensuring food is prepared and served at proper temperatures and times while working with the Dietary Services Supervisor to allocate resources efficiently. The position requires supervising kitchen staff, maintaining sanitary work areas, and participating in inventory and inspection processes.
