Cook

Cooks are responsible for preparing meats, vegetables, soups, and sauces for three meals daily at the Health Center and Independent Living Members. The role involves maintaining sanitary food handling practices, following standardized recipes, and ensuring proper portioning and serving schedules. Cooks also manage food production records, temperature logs, and special therapeutic diet menus as prescribed by medical staff.
