About this role

The Cook prepares and delivers all foods for residents, guests, and employees, ensuring proper food handling techniques and adherence to therapeutic and specialty diet menus. This role involves reviewing production sheets, completing daily temperature audits, and participating in special occasion meal planning while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires working a shift rotation of 5:30 to 13:30 and 7:00 to 15:00, every second weekend, on a full-time basis.
