The Cook prepares daily breakfast and lunch meals for approximately 25 clients, ensuring compliance with NYC Food Service Standards and funder nutritional guidelines. This role involves collaborating with the Program Manager and Registered Dietitians to create weekly menus, managing kitchen supplies, and maintaining accurate records of meal distribution and inventory. The position requires adherence to strict food safety, hygiene, and privacy protocols while fostering professional relationships with clients.
