This position supports the Chef in preparing and plating food according to menu specifications while maintaining high sanitation standards and an organized workstation. The role involves utilizing kitchen equipment, performing various assigned duties, and ensuring food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and orderly station, manage inventory, and ensure all kitchen operational procedures meet food safety regulations.
