The Cook position at Whitehorse City Council is responsible for providing nutritious, well-balanced, and attractive daily meals and snacks for children in the Centre's services. This part-time role requires working 13 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays. The role involves food preparation, purchasing supplies, and ensuring all nutritional, religious, cultural, and allergy requirements are met. The successful candidate will have a Certificate in Food Handling and experience in food safety and menu scheduling.
