J.T.A.C. (Joint Training & Apprenticeship Committee) provides UA members, apprentices, and students with comprehensive training courses and certifications in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR). The organization offers apprenticeship programs, hands-on technical courses, and industry certifications covering areas such as gas technician licensing, refrigerant handling, electrical troubleshooting, and chiller operation.
