Cooks

Cooks produce prepared foods in accordance with PCC recipes for the deli case, hot bar, soup bar, and other deli stations while providing excellent, professional customer service. The role involves ensuring department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met, following safe food handling procedures, and participating in recipe development and costing. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet various physical demands.
