Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator

The Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for the Three County Continuum of Care’s person-centered, trauma-informed, and equity-focused Coordinated Entry System across multiple counties. The role oversees day-to-day operations, facilitates case conferencing, and ensures equitable access to housing resources while maintaining compliance with HUD and CoC requirements. The position works collaboratively with providers, community stakeholders, and government agencies to strengthen system performance and housing outcomes.
