Coordination Assistant

The Coordination Assistant supports the Coordination Manager and wider Arriva Road Transport Services team to ensure effective resourcing and planning across coaches, buses, taxis and coordinators. The role helps maintain smooth operations for pre-planned and emergency transport services, acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Based in Derby with hybrid working options, the position offers a permanent, Monday–Friday role within a fast-paced transport environment.
