Coordinator, Academic and Student Affairs

Pensacola State College is seeking a Coordinator, Academic and Student Affairs to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Office of the Vice President, Academic and Student Affairs. This role coordinates activities involving accreditation, academic programs, faculty promotions, collective bargaining documentation, budget administration, and institutional reporting. The position requires sound judgment, discretion, and excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with College administration, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
