Coordinator, Accounts Payable

The Coordinator, Accounts Payable is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, recording, reconciliation, and documentation of accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and approved provider or subrecipient payment requests. This individual-contributor role maintains AP records, prepares payment batches for authorized review, resolves invoice discrepancies, and supports reconciliation, monthly close, and audit requests. The position reports to the Director of Finance and does not supervise staff or independently authorize payments.
