Coordinator Admissions

The Admissions Coordinator supports the admissions process for Krembs 4, an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, facilitating transitions from acute care to post-acute rehab. The role involves working with nurse care managers, partner hospitals, insurance companies, and the K4 rehab team to secure authorizations and ensure smooth patient admissions. The coordinator also represents the unit in the community and helps maintain referral and outcome data.
