Coordinator / Assistant Director, Employer Relations

The Miami University Center for Career Exploration and Success is seeking a Coordinator or Assistant Director for Employer Relations to support the growth and management of employer relationships and cultivate internship and job opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. The role involves advising employers on recruiting strategies, serving as a connector between students and employers, and leading employer relations efforts for assigned career clusters and colleges. This position is eligible for hybrid remote work and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
