The Career Development & Engagement Coordinator supports Pima Community College students in preparing for and connecting to meaningful career opportunities. This student-facing role delivers comprehensive career-readiness assistance, guiding students through internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, micro-internships, and other work-based learning experiences. The position also develops and facilitates career workshops, classroom presentations, and technology platform demonstrations, while building strong internal and external partnerships to raise program awareness and drive student success.
