Coordinator, Community Engagement

The Coordinator, Community Engagement supports Napa RCD's public engagement, communications, and marketing across all program areas, including Watershed Health, Forest Health, Regenerative Agriculture, and Community & Youth Engagement. This role executes outreach activities, manages social media and digital marketing, coordinates event logistics, and supports community engagement initiatives. The position also assists with organization-wide priorities such as marketing, staff trainings, and donor engagement while working closely with Program Directors and the Executive Director.
