The eBilling Coordinator ensures accurate, timely, and compliant electronic billing by managing invoice preparation, submission, and monitoring across client platforms. This role collaborates with lawyers, billing teams, and client accounts payable contacts to resolve discrepancies, manage appeals, and optimize the revenue cycle within a law firm environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit electronic invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor invoices throughout the lifecycle and troubleshoot rejections
Manage appeals with lawyers and practice teams to ensure timely payment
Establish and maintain eBilling operational standards for new clients
Coordinate timekeeper rate determination and submission deadlines
