Coordinator: Electrical

This role provides frontline support to ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, timely, and in compliance with legislative requirements and Gold Fields standards. The position involves managing day-to-day electrical team activities, including contractors, while maintaining sound working relationships to minimize production disruption. It also requires providing leadership and mentoring to the team through performance management and training development.
