Coordinator Gravel Maintenance

This role leads the delivery of maintenance across the Council’s unsealed road network, coordinating people, priorities, and resources to ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard. The position involves planning routine maintenance, prioritizing road defects, and overseeing minor construction and rehabilitation projects. It requires building strong relationships across the Council, with contractors, and the community while supporting the team to deliver responsive services.
