Coordinator/ Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, acting as a Store Manager on Duty to lead store operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. Candidates alternate between standard coordinator duties and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team adheres to policies, executes opening/closing procedures, and supports shrink reduction goals. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and involves coaching associates and managing daily store activities.
