Coordinator of Neuroscience Programs (TPT)

The Coordinator of Neuroscience Programs/Stroke Program Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the organization’s neuroscience and stroke programs. The role ensures stroke services are organized across the continuum of care and delivered in accordance with current evidence-based practices, organizational policies, and regulatory compliance. The Coordinator provides oversight of stroke program performance, including review of clinical outcomes, performance measures, case findings, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
