QLI is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as Coordinator of Nursing, leading and supporting a diverse team of nurses and medication aides in a specialized rehabilitation setting for spinal cord and traumatic brain injury recovery. This role focuses on building a strong team culture, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering professional development within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. The Coordinator will work closely with clinical leadership to manage staffing, training, and compliance initiatives while maintaining QLI's mission-driven values.
