A START Coordinator at YAI works within the START program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The role is embedded in regional clinical teams and participates in the national START network and related training and certification activities. It requires professional training in mental health or human services and the ability to engage across systems and community partners.
