Coordinator – Teacher Recruitment & Pathways

The Coordinator – Teacher Recruitment & Pathways provides districtwide coordination and operational leadership for Spring ISD's teacher recruitment strategy and educator pathway initiatives. This role strengthens partnerships, creates seamless pathways to attract and prepare highly qualified educators, and manages day-to-day implementation of recruitment activities, university partnerships, residency programs, and international teacher onboarding. The position serves as the primary operational liaison for multiple educator pipeline programs, ensuring comprehensive support, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
