Coordinator

The Coordinator role assists in the coordination, integration, and implementation of organization-wide performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The position involves conducting chart reviews, abstracting data for CMS Core Measures, and leading staff education on quality outcomes and new indicators. This role supports the Manager/Director of Performance Improvement in maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.
