About this role
The Copilot/AI SME at RTX is responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity tools across the enterprise. The role acts as the subject-matter expert to ensure secure, scalable, and effective deployment of Copilot while collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders. The position supports tenant readiness, governance, and adoption efforts to drive responsible AI use within the organization.
