Core Agent

The Core Agent serves as the voice of the hotel, ensuring flawless communication across all channels while supporting daily operations. This role handles guest inquiries and reservations for direct guests, business partners, and online travel agencies, coordinating guest requests and facilitating communication between guests and hotel departments. The position also assists the Front Office with room, spa, restaurant, and bar reservations when relevant departments are off duty, delivering personalized service aligned with Four Seasons standards.
