Core Lab: Microbiology

This role involves leading continuous accreditation readiness efforts and collaborating with operational leaders to implement technical methods in the clinical area of expertise. The position requires improving quality and efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will possess an ASCP certification and have Micro specialty experience to support the department's operational and customer needs.
