Core Operations Expert

This role supervises voice core domain services across CS Core networks, User Data management systems, and IMS networks to ensure high availability, reliability, and efficiency. The position involves managing managed services teams to meet SLAs, overseeing network configurations, troubleshooting escalated issues, and administering monitoring systems. It also includes defining and activating consumer and corporate lines, integrating interconnecting routes, and supporting IMS network services.
