Core Operations Senior Supervisor

This role supervises the voice core domain and services across CS Core networks, User Data management systems, and IMS networks to ensure high availability, reliability, and efficiency. The position involves managing managed services teams to meet assigned targets within agreed SLAs while overseeing core network support, configuration, and troubleshooting functions. It also includes administering network monitoring systems and managing the definition and activation of consumer and corporate lines.
