Core Trainer

The Core Trainer assists with the on-boarding and job task-based training of Seasonal and Core Colleagues within the Supply Chain department. This role ensures operational excellence, accuracy, and consistency by delivering high-level training, coaching, and performance feedback to new and existing team members. The position requires cross-functional training support, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective communication to drive productivity and engagement.
