Core Trainer

The Core Trainer assists with onboarding and job task-based training for Seasonal and Core Colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and consistency across all facility areas. This role involves delivering high-level training, conducting quality audits, and providing coaching to support both new and current team members in meeting performance standards.
