About this role

This role serves as the principal legal specialist for cybersecurity regulatory compliance within Premier's Privacy Office, advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital laws including HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST. The attorney partners with business teams and the AI & Data Analytics organization to provide risk-based guidance and operationalize governance programs. The position involves translating regulatory requirements into practical processes, conducting legal risk reviews, and supporting incident response and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Advise on compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and digital laws and industry frameworks
Conduct privacy impact assessments and vendor cybersecurity assessments
Support security and privacy incident investigations and regulatory reporting

Skills

Qualifications

Juris DoctorateActive license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
