About this role

NextEnergy Group seeks a Corporate Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting for multiple Group entities across Italy and other jurisdictions. This role involves maintaining the general ledger, preparing management and statutory accounts, reconciling accounts, and coordinating tax filings in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Finance team to support audit processes and assist in cash management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple Group entities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany balances
Coordinate preparation of corporate income tax packages
Support local audits and respond to auditor requests

Skills

Qualifications

BS in Accounting or FinanceStrong knowledge of IFRSIntermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
