About this role

The Corporate Accounting Manager is a key member of the Asset Living corporate accounting team, reporting to the Deputy Controller. This role oversees day-to-day corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The position involves supervising accounting staff, managing billing and revenue recognition, and supporting M&A integration activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day corporate accounting operations and ensure books are closed in accordance with US GAAP
Review monthly financial statements and perform variance analyses for revenue related accounts
Prepare audit and tax related requests and support M&A onboarding and post-merger integration activities
