Corporate Associate, M&A

A Corporate Associate in the transactional practice of a nationally recognized law firm in Atlanta will work on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions. The role involves supporting and leading complex deal components, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing due diligence and closing processes. This position offers meaningful deal exposure and client-facing responsibility for an attorney with approximately 2 to 3 years of corporate transactional experience.
