Corporate Attorney

This role supports the Chief Legal Officer in meeting SEC reporting, corporate governance, and NYSE compliance obligations for a public senior living company. The attorney provides legal guidance on securities law, executive compensation, and corporate governance while assisting with day-to-day operational legal matters across the organization. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external advisors to manage disclosures, shareholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
