About this role

Branch is seeking a Controller to lead the global accounting function, managing a team of 8+ and overseeing all accounting disciplines including the close, AP/AR, and payroll. This senior role requires deep expertise in US GAAP, technical accounting, and audit readiness while driving the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency. The Controller will partner with the Head of Global Finance to build scalable systems and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the full accounting operation end-to-end including general ledger and close processes
Manage and mentor a team of 8+ accounting professionals across multiple disciplines
Serve as the authority on US GAAP and resolve complex technical accounting matters
Own the external audit relationship and maintain a strong internal control environment
Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance accounting efficiency and reporting quality
