Corporate Controller

MRK Partners is seeking a Corporate Controller to serve as a direct financial thought partner to executive leadership and manage the monthly close process for corporate entities. This hands-on role involves overseeing multi-entity consolidation across 80+ legal entities, coordinating annual audits and tax cycles, and developing internal controls to support operational efficiency. The position requires leading financial analysis and reporting to inform strategic business decisions while building and managing a team as the company scales.
