Corporate Controller

Karman Industries is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead and build the company's accounting organization as it transitions from R&D into volume production. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns the integrity of financial statements, accounting operations, and internal controls while managing the transition from outsourced to an internal accounting team. The position involves establishing scalable processes, developing manufacturing and inventory accounting infrastructure, and leading ERP implementation to support rapid growth.
