Corporate Counsel - Contracts

OKSI is seeking a hands-on Corporate Counsel - Contracts to manage a recurring queue of NDAs/MNDAs and a steady flow of routine-to-moderately complex commercial and government-facing agreements. The role involves providing day-to-day legal support on corporate governance, employment questions, IP and data rights, and other legal matters while collaborating with various internal teams. The position reports to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Contracts and works under the direction of the fractional General Counsel.
