Corporate Counsel, Operations and Litigation - Hybrid (Newton, MA)

The Corporate Counsel (Operations and Litigation) at Bright Horizons provides legal counsel to protect and advance the company’s legal and business interests and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws. The role supports multidisciplinary teams and advises senior leadership, HR, operations, and external stakeholders on matters related to childcare services, incident management, litigation, employment, and regulatory licensing. This is a hybrid position based in Newton, MA supporting internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
