About this role

The Real Estate Attorney will support CleanSpark’s rapid expansion by providing legal guidance on commercial real estate transactions and development activities. The role focuses on site acquisitions, land development, and infrastructure projects for data centers and related facilities. This position offers significant autonomy and direct collaboration with business leadership, including the General Counsel, to influence strategic real estate decisions. The attorney will operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with regular interaction across development, construction, engineering, operations, and M&A teams.
