Corporate Counsel - Real Estate

Rural King is seeking a Corporate Counsel – Real Estate to support the legal aspects of real estate transactions across its retail, commercial, industrial, and vacant property portfolio. This role partners with the Real Estate & Development teams to provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, financing, leasing, and sales while managing risk and supporting the company’s growth. The position ensures compliance with relevant laws and policies, oversees due diligence processes, and coordinates with internal departments and external consultants to facilitate efficient and scalable real estate operations.
