About this role

As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal partner for SafetyCulture's US Go-To-Market teams, owning end-to-end commercial contract negotiations for enterprise and mid-market deals. You will build self-serve legal resources, advise on US regulatory compliance including CCPA, and collaborate with global legal teams to ensure consistency across jurisdictions. The role requires balancing legal rigor with deal velocity while leveraging AI tools to increase throughput.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercial contract negotiation for US enterprise deals
Build self-serve legal resources to reduce bottlenecks for GTM teams
Advise on US regulatory and compliance requirements including CCPA
Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure jurisdictional consistency
