Intrepid Potash is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner. The role involves leading legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate development initiatives, as well as providing counsel on contracts, litigation, SEC reporting, and governance. The attorney will work closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to drive growth and manage legal risk across the organization.
