Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel provides practical legal support for the Company's fuels marketing business, collaborating with the Legal Department and business teams to advise on day-to-day commercial operations and strategic initiatives. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements, including fuel supply agreements, vendor contracts, and franchise relationships. This position partners with business leaders to identify legal risks and develop practical solutions that support strategic and operational objectives while protecting the Company's interests.
