Corporate Counsel

MedaNova is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal department on a full-time, remote basis, supporting all aspects of the company's legal affairs and working closely with business leaders across Canada. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice, and assisting with privacy, employment, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. Preference is given to candidates admitted to practice in Quebec or Ontario who are proficient in both English and French.
